# Can AI Plan the Work Before Doing It? Today's Plan and Home Review Cards in Beav

Most AI writing tools work the same way: you open a chat, decide what to make today, and spell out the request. The tool is capable, but deciding what to work on is still your job, every single time.

Beav flips the order. **The AI proposes a plan from your account plan and materials, and you confirm and review.** The plan lives on Home, and the results come back to Home, so you are not digging through chats to see what is finished and what is waiting for you.

* People who already have an account space in Beav with some benchmark material saved, and want the AI to keep daily output moving.
* Teams and agencies who want "AI drafts, a human signs off" to be a routine rather than an exception.

## How to use it

Today's Plan sits in the **Daily brief** tab under **Start with a topic** on Home, together with that day's brief. By default the brief starts generating at 09:00 local time and is not generated while Beav is closed, so keep Beav running if you want a plan waiting in the morning.

1. **Read today's plan.** It draws on your account plan, preferences, topics, existing drafts, recent chats and feedback. Each task says why to do it today, how it will be done and what will be delivered, such as a Xiaohongshu (RedNote) image post, a voiceover script or a video.
2. **Confirm and run, or adjust first.** Click the play icon to **Confirm and run**, or use **Confirm and run all** at the bottom of the list. Beav creates a task chat and starts working; it shows up in the sidebar with a light green circled check mark before its title. To change the angle, choose **Adjust** from the **…** menu, which opens a separate chat to rework that suggestion; you still confirm it afterwards. If you don't want a task, click the trash icon to **Discard task** and add a reason if you like.
3. **Review on Home.** Reviews raised by these tasks appear above **Start with a topic**, one card at a time. Click the output card to see the full draft, images, package or video in a dialog.
4. **Decide.** For a first draft, **Approve and continue** lets the AI carry on with the rest of the production. If it needs work, click **Request changes**, write your notes and click **Submit revision notes**. For a complete delivery, **Accept delivery** takes the card out of the queue. **Discard item** ends just this review and keeps the files. With several cards waiting, **Later** moves to the next one; anything unhandled carries over to the next day.
5. **Publish it yourself.** Packaged, ready-to-publish packages appear under **Recent output** on Home. Open the package's publishing page, save it to your computer or pick up the images and copy on your phone, then post on the platform yourself.

You can also handle the same review inside the original task chat, and the status stays in sync. That is the place to go if you want to see how the AI got there or talk it through before deciding.

General AI chat tools have real strengths: they are ready the moment you open them, need no account space, and handle any question. For a passing idea, just asking is fastest. Beav's plan and review cards solve a different problem: **when you need output every day, the AI lines up the work and does it, and you spend your attention on judgment.** The two are not exclusive. You can open an ordinary chat in Beav any time; ordinary chats and manual creation just don't feed the review area on Home.

## Limits and notes

* **Accepting is not publishing.** **Accept delivery** and **Discard item** never publish content, and Beav never posts for you. After you post, you can mark the package published yourself in its details.
* **Mark complete and Discard task only tidy your list.** They don't send messages, submit reviews for you, or stop a running chat.
* **Edited files need a new review.** Once a file has been modified, the old version can't be accepted; submit a new review in the original chat.
* **Tasks run as chats.** Point usage follows the figure shown under each reply and your usage records. Pick the model in the chat input box.
* **Plans are only as good as their inputs.** A clear account plan, topic pool and brief **Focus** make the plan fit your account better. Say "cover X more in future briefs" in any chat and the AI merges it into Focus.
